  • WHAT DOES THE TREATMENT INVOLVE?

    The skin is cleansed & prepared before a sterile device creates controlled micro-channels within the skin. A hyaluronic acid infusion is applied during treatment to support hydration & healing.

    Post-treatment redness is expected for 24–48 hours, with mild shedding possible.

    HOW MANY TREATMENTS WILL I NEED?

    Rejuvenation: 3–6 treatments

    Acne scarring: 6–12 treatments

    Stretch marks: 6–12 treatments


    Treatments are spaced 4–6 weeks apart.


    HOW LONG WILL THE RESULTS LAST?

    Collagen production continues for up to 12 months.

  • WHAT DOES THE TREATMENT INVOLVE?

    Limelight IPL is delivered via a handheld device connected to the Cutera XEO+ platform. Protective eyewear is worn throughout.

    A cooling gel may be applied before controlled pulses of light are delivered to the skin. A mild warmth or light snapping sensation may be experienced. Pigmented areas will temporarily darken before naturally shedding over the following days.

    HOW MANY TREATMENTS WILL I NEED?

    Visible improvement is often seen after one treatment, however a series is recommended for optimal results.

    We recommend 3–6 treatments spaced approximately 4 weeks apart, tailored to your skin condition and desired outcome.

    WHO CAN HAVE THIS TREATMENT?

    Best suited to fair to medium skin tones. Ideal for pigmentation, sun damage, redness & uneven tone. Not suitable during pregnancy. Recently tanned skin cannot be treated.

    PRE & POST CARE

    Skin must be free from active tan or tanning products prior to treatment. Pigmentation will darken before flaking away over 5–10 days. Minimal downtime. We recommend:

    • Avoid heat, exercise & active skincare for 24–48 hours

    • Daily SPF application

    • Maintaining hydration & barrier support

    Results are progressive and cumulative. We recommend a series of 4–6 treatments spaced 4 weeks apart for optimal outcomes.

    HOW LONG WILL THE RESULTS LAST?

    Collagen production continues to improve over 6–12 months.

    Maintenance treatments 1–4 times per year are recommended to sustain results.

    WHO CAN HAVE THIS TREATMENT?

    Wear whatever you're comfortable in. Most clients choose swimwear or lightweight activewear. Towels are provided for your comfort.

    WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

    Just yourself and a water bottle. Staying hydrated before and after your session is important.


    WHO SHOULD AVOID USING AN INFRARED SAUNA?

    Infrared sauna use may not be suitable if you:

    • Are pregnant (unless cleared by your healthcare provider)

    • Have unstable heart disease or uncontrolled high or low blood pressure

    • Have a fever or active illness

    • Have certain medical conditions where heat exposure isn't recommended

    If you have a medical condition or you're unsure whether infrared sauna use is appropriate for you, we recommend speaking with your GP before booking.

    DO I NEED TO SHOWER AFTERWARDS?

    It's recommended. Showering after your session helps rinse away sweat and leaves you feeling refreshed. Shower facilities are provided in clinic. 


    CAN I COMBINE AN INFRARED SAUNA WITH OTHER TREATMENTS?

    Definitely. Many clients pair their sauna session with skin treatments or simply enjoy it as dedicated self-care before or after their appointment.
