BOOKING, CANCELLATION & SALON POLICY

By booking an appointment with The Lash Studio / The Aesthetic Collective, you agree to the following terms and conditions.


APPOINTMENTS & DEPOSITS

A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if sufficient notice is provided in accordance with our cancellation policy. Appointments are not confirmed until a booking confirmation has been received.


CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

We understand that life happens. To respect our therapists' time and other clients waiting for appointments, we require 48 hours' notice for all cancellations or appointment changes.

• Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service value.

• Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a fee of 100% of the scheduled service value.

• Failure to attend an appointment without notice ("no-show") will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service value. Outstanding fees must be paid before future appointments can be booked.
  

LATE ARRIVALS

Clients arriving late may have their treatment time reduced to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments. If arriving more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule the appointment and cancellation fees may apply.
